Oro Pomodoro uses the latest techniques for baking pizza. The base of our wood burning oven rotates 360° at a very slow speed, ensuring that the pizza is cooked uniformly. The chamber for the wood is closed to the rotating base so the pie will never be in contact with the ashes. The resulting product is a pizza that is entirely true to the traditional Neapolitan style, using only the freshest ingredients imported weekly from Italy. We are proud to make our dream of baking the perfect pizza a reality here in Rockville.
